If you’ve been looking for that perfect pair of luxury, fashion-forward eyewear, then Linda Farrow is the label you need to know. With the designer’s distinctive eyewear (and a haul of KILLER collaborations under her belt – including the likes of Jeremy Scott, Erdem, and The Row) the brand has its finger firmly on the fashion pulse). And, the official stockists for the line? The fabulous Pretavoir of course.
Linda Farrow launched the sunglasses range in the 1970s, allowing the designer’s pioneering use of shape and aesthetic to help move eyewear into high fashion territory. Known for her use of hyper-luxe materials, slick finishes and fashion-forward shapes, Linda Farrow eyewear has been seen on many famous faces (from Lady Gaga to Beyoncé). Playing with proportions, this season’s cosmetic pastels and ‘the eternally-stylish (and sunglassed) Seventies’, Linda Farrow’s Spring/Summer’14 line is a fabulous, diverse and adventurous ‘exploration of fashion eyewear’, something that we’ll all want to discover and jump on come tomorrow.
Pretavoir’s company director, Sean McCauley says, “We cannot wait for the arrival of Linda Farrow to Pretavoir, she has worked with the cutting edge designers in fashion, bringing high end and distinctive designs to the eyewear world.”
Available from April 2014, Pretavoir will stock Linda Farrow’s original line and collaborations with The Row, Matthew Williamson, The Row, Erdem and Dries Van Noten.
